At Solumia, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process, times, and options.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): Free
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $25
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $45
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us at support@solumia.com before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Solumia is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
