At Solumia, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium outdoor products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized gazebos or pergolas
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@solumia.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@solumia.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@solumia.com.
